1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of smarterhacks.com and any products, content, or services offered through it (collectively, "Smarter Hacks"). Smarter Hacks is owned and operated by Smarter Hacks LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By accessing this site or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who We Are
Smarter Hacks LLC is a standalone company focused on practical AI tools, systems, and content for small business owners. Smarter Hacks LLC is a sister company to Focal Point Dynamic LLC, a separate GRC and cybersecurity consulting firm founded by the same owner. The two operate independently, with separate offerings, brands, and business records.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including articles, books, workbooks, templates, graphics, and the Smarter Hacks name and logo — is owned by Smarter Hacks LLC unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use free content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, resell, or distribute our paid products, or claim them as your own.
4. Purchases and Payment
Digital products, books, workbooks, and consulting services are sold through third-party platforms including Amazon KDP, Gumroad, and Stripe. Prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice for future purchases. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout.
5. Digital Products and Access
Digital products (workbooks, toolkits, prompt libraries, and similar downloads) are delivered electronically, typically via a download link or a shared folder. It's your responsibility to keep working access information (such as login credentials or saved links) secure. Access is granted for your own use and is not transferable or resellable.
6. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied, most digital product sales are final. If you believe there's been an error with your order or you're experiencing a genuine technical issue accessing a product you purchased, contact us at mark@smarterhacks.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
7. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements booked through Smarter Hacks are governed by the separate service terms and agreement provided at the time of booking, in addition to these Terms. Where the two conflict on a consulting-specific matter, the signed engagement terms control.
8. Affiliate Relationships
Smarter Hacks participates in affiliate programs. Some links on this site may earn us a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools and products we've used or believe are genuinely useful to our audience. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.
9. Email List
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll receive periodic emails from us via Kit, our email service provider, using a double opt-in process. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
10. Disclaimers
