No. We handle all the technical setup. You describe how your business works and give us access to your tools. That's it.

How long does an engagement take?

Tier 1 is typically 1–2 weeks. Tier 2 is 3–5 weeks. Tier 3 is ongoing monthly.

What if I'm not sure which tier is right?

Book the free discovery call. That conversation will make it clear — we'll never push you into a larger engagement than your situation warrants.

What if my business also has compliance requirements?

Workflow and AI consulting is handled here under Smarter Hacks. For regulatory compliance needs (CMMC, HIPAA, SOC 2), that work is handled by our parent company, Focal Point Dynamic LLC. We can coordinate both.
